I loved staying at this hotel! It's conveniently located near JR Nagano but away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean, making them great value for the price. I appreciated having a tea table and extra seating in the room, giving it a cozy feel. The service was top-notch as the staff went above and beyond to help with any complex travel arrangements I had. While there were minor issues with the breakfast choices, the overall dining experience was enjoyable with delicious Japanese-style meals available for a fee. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Nagano and using it as a base for nearby attractions like Matsumoto, Kamikochi, and the Alpine route. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor hiccups that did not overshadow the positive experience.
